doon55 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and doon55 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the doon55 website at doon55.com and all associated services, games, features, and content available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on doon55, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Rules

You are required to keep your contact information current. • Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects the net of all deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• Account balances are not transferable to other players or accounts.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your doon55 account to any third party.
• doon55 operates an automatic session timeout for security purposes. You should always log out properly after each session, particularly on shared devices.

Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended. Enabling it adds a meaningful layer of protection to your account and is straightforward to set up from account settings.

4 Deposits & Payments (PKR)

All deposits on doon55 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion at any stage — the PKR you deposit is the exact amount credited to your account. Supported deposit methods include:

• JazzCash — deposits credit in real time once payment is confirmed in your JazzCash app.
• Easypaisa — real-time crediting upon successful Easypaisa wallet confirmation.
• Raast — bank-to-bank instant transfer via State Bank of Pakistan's Raast infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer; processing time is typically one to two business days.
• Debit Card / Mobile Wallet — subject to your card issuer or wallet provider's processing timelines.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. doon55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit may be returned and the account reviewed. Funds deposited on doon55 are used exclusively for gaming activity on the platform and cannot be used for any other purpose.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no exchange fee. Withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your registered bank account.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the time of the withdrawal request.

6 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended or cancelled after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific cash-out or early settlement feature is available and is used before the relevant market settles.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Odds may change before you confirm a bet, and if they do, the updated odds will be shown before final confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for the specific market. For most match-result markets, abandoned or void matches result in stakes being returned.
• doon55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or any other platform error. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.

Specific rules for individual markets — such as in-play Cricket betting, PSL win markets, and Esports match outcomes — are available within the relevant section of the platform. Players are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing bets in unfamiliar categories.

7 Live Casino, Fish Games & Bingo

doon55's Live Casino, Fish Games, and Bingo sections are available to all registered players with a PKR balance. These games operate under the following general conditions:

• Live Casino: Live dealer games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games — are streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and the physical game equipment in use. Results are final once the round concludes. Players must have sufficient balance to cover their wager before a bet is accepted.
• Fish Games: Fish shooting games operate on a real-time multiplayer basis. Points and payouts are calculated according to the specific game's mechanics, which are displayed within each game. Disconnection during a game session does not affect bets already in play — the session continues and results are recorded as normal.

• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.

• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activity or using doon55 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the doon55 platform or its content without written permission.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward other players or platform staff.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during registration or verification.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, doon55 reserves the right to void bets, withhold bonuses, suspend or permanently close the account, and retain any balance where permitted by applicable rules. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

doon55 may suspend or close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Where required to do so by law or by any relevant authority.
• At the player's own request, including where self-exclusion has been activated.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including at the player's own request — the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact doon55 support directly. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened upon request, unless a self-exclusion period is still active.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the doon55 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of doon55 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

15 Changes to Terms

doon55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via the email address or phone number on their account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
